We helped a 2,000-hectares organic lime farming project in Antioquia, Colombia raise USD 5 million in convertible loan funding for the leasing and operation of 600 hectares, as well as USD 2.5 million in follow-on investment for a processing facility. We also generated additional investment leads of USD 7 million to further develop the project and supported the development and execution of the company's commercial strategy in Europe.

We are helping a 23,000-hectares sustainable agro-industrial forestry project in Antioquia, Colombia, with 6,195 hectares of forest under conservation raise USD 120 million in equity investment for a 40% stake in the company and an additional USD 17 million for the development of a MDP plant. We are working with a strategic international investor in the field of regenerative agriculture, and the project is currently being analysed by its investment committee.
